At a recent meeting of Dukeries Lodge, No. 6289, the members made a fantastic donation to the Nottinghamshire Festival 2029, in support of the Masonic Charitable Foundation
The head of Freemasonry in Nottinghamshire, Phillip Marshal, was presented with a cheque for £10,000 on behalf of the members of the Lodge by their head, John Kendall.
On accepting the cheque, Philip Marshall said he was ‘Gobsmacked’ to receive a cheque for such a large amount!
